This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and cancellations for bookings made through mystays.asia. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Cancellation Rules
Cancellation rules vary depending on the property and the type of booking selected. Each property may have its own specific cancellation terms, which will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
Common cancellation types include:
2.1 Flexible
• Full refund if cancelled within a specified time frame before check-in (usually 24–48 hours).
• After the deadline, no refund is issued.
2.2 Moderate
• Partial refund if cancelled within a specified time frame (usually 3–7 days) before check-in.
• After the deadline, no refund is issued.
2.3 Strict
• No refund if cancelled after booking confirmation.
• Some properties may offer a partial refund within a limited timeframe.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on:
• The property’s cancellation policy.
• The timing of your cancellation.
• Any promotional or non-refundable booking terms.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some bookings may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances unless required by law.
5. How to Request a cancellation
To request a cancellation, please:
1. Log in to your account on mystays.asia
2. Go to “My Bookings”.
3. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
4. Submit a cancellation request.
Your request will be processed based on the property’s cancellation rules.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please note that bank processing times may vary and are not controlled by mystays.asia.
7. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to bookings (date changes, guest number changes, or room upgrades) are subject to the property’s approval and may incur additional charges.
8. Force Majeure
In case of extraordinary events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances, cancellations and refunds will be handled based on the property’s policy and applicable laws.
