Franchise Policy (The Node By Eco-Orbit)

1. Scope and Purpose

This Franchise Policy governs the terms, standards, and eligibility criteria for franchise partners adopting The NODE by Eco-Orbit concept.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Proven hospitality management experience.

• Financial capability to fund development and operations.

• Commitment to sustainability and community integration.

• Ability to meet brand and operational standards.

3. Franchise Requirements

Franchisees are required to:

• Comply with brand standards and operational guidelines.

• Implement Eco-Orbit modular design and sustainability requirements.

• Attend training and comply with quality assurance programs.

• Submit regular performance and compliance reports.

4. Support Provided

The Platform will provide:

• Brand and marketing support.

• Operational training and guidance.

• Access to approved vendors and suppliers.

• Ongoing performance and quality support.

5. Fees and Revenue Sharing

Franchise fees, royalties, and revenue-sharing arrangements will be specified in the Franchise Agreement.

6. Termination

The Platform reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement for non-compliance, breach of standards, or failure to meet performance requirements.
