Anti-Fraud & Anti-Scam Policy

1. Purpose
This Anti-Fraud & Anti-Scam Policy aims to prevent and detect fraudulent activities, including but not limited to false listings, payment fraud, identity theft, and any form of deception that undermines the integrity of the Platform.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in:
• Creating or publishing false, misleading, or deceptive listings.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Attempting to manipulate or circumvent payment processing.
• Engaging in phishing or social engineering.
• Soliciting payments outside the Platform in violation of Platform policies.
• Any act intended to defraud or deceive other users.
3. Verification and Monitoring
The Platform reserves the right to implement and enforce verification measures, including:
• Identity verification for operators, vendors, and high-risk accounts.
• Property verification and compliance checks.
• Transaction monitoring for suspicious activity.
• Random audits and review of user-generated content.
4. Enforcement Actions
If fraudulent conduct is suspected or confirmed, the Platform may, at its sole discretion:
• Suspend or terminate the user’s account.
• Remove listings and related content.
• Restrict access to Platform services.
• Freeze or reverse transactions where permitted.
• Report the matter to relevant authorities.
5. Reporting
Users must report suspected fraud immediately via the Platform’s reporting channels or email. Failure to report may be considered a breach of Platform rules.
