• Booking confirmation is subject to property availability and operator approval (where applicable).

• The booking is only confirmed once payment is completed and a confirmation notification is issued.


3. Pricing and Charge

• All charges, including taxes and fees (if any), will be clearly displayed before booking

confirmation.

• The platform may display service or platform fees if applicable, which will be

4. Payment Method

• Payment details must be accurate and valid.

• Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.

6. Cancellation & Modification

Any disputes regarding booking, payment, or property conditions should be raised through the platform’s support system. If unresolved, disputes will follow the Dispute Resolution process outlined in the Terms of Use.
